1. On-site service only. We come to you — please have an outdoor space equivalent to two parking spots available.
2. Charcoal-fired roasting with minimal smoke. The equipment is compact and presentable.
3. Roasting takes 4–5 hours. Please let us know your desired dining time when booking.
4. Only one lamb per day. Early booking with a deposit is required to secure your date.

Set A — Whole Roasted Lamb
One whole lamb, approximately 30 lbs.
Serves around 30 guests.
Price: $1,100.
Set B — Hand-Pulled Lamb Combo
Hand-pulled bone-in lamb shoulder (~4 lbs, well-balanced fat and lean) + a large pot of clear lamb broth (serves 30) + 30 small naan breads (palm-sized, ~½ cm thick).
Price: $100.
Set B is available as an add-on to Set A only — not available standalone.
